Biography & Contact Information
Charles VanMeter is a painter, printmaker, and sculptor. Born and raised in Lexington, he received his BA in Art from University of Kentucky in 2020. His practice explores physical and psychological landscapes using a variety of media like concrete, copper, paper and paint. He is interested in using these material metaphors to examine the complexities of perpetual environmental change. Currently, Charles lives and works in Texas as an MFA Sculpture candidate at University of Houston.
